In addition the Center will have a library and a lounge where visitors can meet, rest, and exchange ideas. Some future possibilities also include a small cafe where refreshment and light meals may be obtained. Representatives of the travel company "Virginia" will be available to assist visitors in travel needs, and the Center will also be the focal point for our cultural and charitable services efforts here in Yoshkar-Ola.
